Dr. Balbir Gandhi
Dr. Balbir Gandhi is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with neurological and sleep disorders. He is board certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Balbir Gandhi completed his medical degree at Amritsar Medical School in India and subsequently pursued his residency training in neurology at Detroit Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Detroit Medical Center.
As a neurologist, Dr. Balbir Gandhi takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. He believes in the importance of clear communication and strives to ensure that patients and their families fully understand their condition and treatment options.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Balbir Gandhi is passionate about medical education and has served as an assistant professor of Michigan State University for medical students and residents. He is also actively involved in professional organizations within the field of neurology, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices.

Dr. Nitin Gandhi was born and raised in the downriver Michigan area. He is a distinguished neurologist renowned for his expertise in diagnosing and treating complex neurological conditions. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and innovation, Dr. Nitin Gandhi is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to patients, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives despite neurological challenges.
A medical graduate of Michigan State University, Dr. Nitin Gandhi completed his residency training in neurology at Henry Ford Hospital, where he demonstrated exceptional clinical acumen and leadership. He subsequently pursued advanced fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology at Henry Ford Hospital, honing his skills in the latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. Dr. Nitin Gandhi is board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology.
Dr. Nitin Gandhi works closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. He believes in the importance of patient education ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed and actively involved in decision-making throughout their healthcare journey.
Jenna Powers
NP-C
Jenna Powers NP-C graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Detroit Mercy and then completed a Master’s degree in nursing through Indiana State University in 2021. Prior to becoming a nurse practioner, she worked as a nurse in the cardiac catherization lab, emergency department, and the cardiac/surgical intensive care unit. Jenna Powers provides health care services in the clinic and is associated with Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, Corewell Taylor Hospital, and Corewell Trenton Hospital.
Ashley Sentell
DNP-BC
Ashley Sentell DNP-BC is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and went on to complete her Doctorate in Nursing from Wayne State University. Ashley is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and her specialty is in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Ashley is associated with Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.
Beverly St. Amour
NP-C
Beverly St. Amour NP-C completed her Masters in Adult–Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Madonna University. She became board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center shortly thereafter. Prior to becoming a nurse practioner, she worked as an Intensive Care Unit registered nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital for 14 years. Beverly St. Amour is associated with both Corewell Taylor Hospital and Corwell Trenton Hospital.
Vanessa Varma

Vanessa Varma PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who joined our practice in 2011. She received her Master’s of Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida. Prior, Vanessa completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Vanessa Varma is associated with Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.
